Download a public test build of OmniFocus 3 for Mac and then let us know how it goes — choose Contact Omni from the Help menu to send us your bug reports and feedback.
You can also sign up for our Slack workspace and join the #omnifocus3_test channel and talk about OmniFocus with other users.
Important note: some parts of the app are still works-in-progress — for instance, the first-run walkthrough is still being worked on.
What’s Inside
OmniFocus 3 for Mac includes tags, enhanced custom perspectives, interleaved Forecast, and other new features that already appear in OmniFocus 3 for iOS. Listen to, or read, The Omni Show: OmniFocus 3 for Mac: New Features for more details.
It also includes a modern, updated design that still manages to remain familiar to everyone who’s used OmniFocus 2 for Mac.
We plan to ship Monday, September 24.
Once it Ships
When it’s finished, the app will be available from our website and from the Mac App Store as a free download with a 14-day trial. The Standard edition will cost $39.99; Pro will cost $79.99.
Everyone who bought a previous version of OmniFocus for Mac will get a 50% discount (as long as it’s through the same place: Mac App Store or our website), and everyone who bought OmniFocus for Mac since our announcement last October will get a free upgrade.
