The big day is here! Apple Vision Pro orders are scheduled to begin delivery today, and we can’t wait to try our apps out on an amazing new spatial computing platform. As the Omni team eagerly awaits Apple Store appointments and delivery drivers, here’s a quick recap of the current state of Omni apps on Apple Vision Pro:
Now Available: OmniPlan 4.7.2 for Apple Vision Pro
As previously shared, we’re pleased to have released OmniPlan for Apple Vision Pro! Now available as a native app on visionOS, OmniPlan brings its powerful toolset to the new Apple Vision Pro, a revolutionary spatial computer that transforms how people work, and provides a unique infinite canvas to take full advantage of the professional project management capabilities in OmniPlan.
OmniPlan 4 sports features to track and forecast costs, set up projects and manage complex scheduling, collaborate with a team, and view your project as an interactive Gantt chart or Network Diagram across an entire display – or in this case the infinite display of Apple Vision Pro.
OmniPlan 4 for Apple Vision Pro is free to download on the App Store for Apple Vision Pro, and includes a two-week trial. Since OmniPlan 4 provides universal licensing across all your devices, anyone who has already purchased or subscribed to OmniPlan 4 already has a license to OmniPlan for Apple Vision Pro. For those new to the app, OmniPlan 4 is available as a one-time, universal, cross-platform purchase ($199 for Standard, $399 for Pro) or as a Pro subscription ($19.99 a month or $199.99 for an entire year).
Compatible Apps: OmniGraffle 3 for iPad & OmniOutliner 3 for iPad
OmniGraffle and OmniOutliner customers will be happy to find their existing iPad app purchases available for installation and compatible with visionOS. Available for download today from the App Store for Apple Vision Pro, OmniGraffle 3 for iPad and OmniOutliner 3 for iPad are ready to go to a whole new dimension.
Coming Soon: OmniFocus 4.1 for Apple Vision Pro
The OmniFocus team has been busy! Following the launch of OmniFocus 4 last month, development of OmniFocus for Apple Vision Pro picked up steam. Meanwhile, we continue to release bug fix updates for OmniFocus for Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. In fact, we just released OmniFocus 4.0.5 across all currently supported platforms this week!
We’re thrilled to be developing OmniFocus as a native app for visionOS, leveraging many of the great improvements made while developing OmniFocus 4.0. Stay tuned for more info about OmniFocus 4.1 for Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and (for the very first time) Apple Vision Pro! We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
We’re so pleased that our customers can be productive immediately with OmniPlan, OmniGraffle, and OmniOutliner on Apple Vision Pro.
