Bug?: Down-arrow causes Address Field to go blank

If the Address Field holds a short URL (i.e., completely shown the 
Address Field), the up-arrow and down-arrow keys move the cursor to the 
beginning or end of the URL.

If the URL extends beyond the end of the Address Field, the down-arrow 
key behaves strangely -- the URL shifts to the left so that the rightmost 
character is shown.  A fraction of a second later, the URL disappears, 
leaving a blank Address Field with the cursor flashing at the end of the 
field.

At that point, hitting the Delete key momentarily displays the URL (with 
the last character removed), and the Field goes blank again.

The same thing happens if I type a character.  The URL appears 
momentarily (with the new character), and then the Field goes blank again.

I saw this behavior on earlier releases, and it's still happening on 
OmniWeb 4.1SP11.

Explorer 5.1.3 does not have the field blank behavior (although 
down-arrows does shift the URL further to the left than necessary, 
leaving a blank space at the end).
